We will soon have to start writing your testimonials. There are two:
one on CCA and a PQ (personal qualities) testimonial. This is what
you need to do:

1. Submit a draft of your CCA testimonial (email softcopy to me at
colinloy@hc.edu.sg) by 21 Jun. Please refer to the first attachment
below on how you should draft it.

2. To help me write your PQ testimonial, complete Forms A and B and
email me by 10 Jul. Refer to the second attachment below.

3. Also, get at least one of your classmates in S6E to write about
you using Form C. Can email softcopy or submit hardcopy into my
pigeon hole if the writer wishes to remain anonymous (hmm, why would
you want to remain anonymous if you are writing good things about
your classmate?) Also by 10 Jul.

Have a good June break. Prepare well for Block Test 2 (don't wait
until the last moment) but remember to also take care of your health.

Hey guys, i guess i just wanted to post after quite a long absence from Sg.

Just went to the Aussie Open first round yesterday. Got some pictures as you can see. (to junkang: yes i did get within 3 metres of the players to get these pictures, so maybe you should come one day). It is hot over here now (37deg) and dry to the bone, but the bloody weather can suddenly turn and you get beaten down by a cold gust of wind. That's australia.

School has started in Singapore, and apart from exasperated sighs and renewed spirits, the year ahead isn't likely to be easy. Though fun will still be had, i guess academics will just have to be dealt with by hook or by crook.

As for me, school starts on the 27th of Jan and ends on the 30th of October (yes a short year), following which i've got exams only till the 12th of November. Got my own apartment and school is just 5 mins away. And i've got only 20 hours school/week, with Friday off as well, so i guess it is much more relaxed as compared to HC.

Hopefully you guys make it through the year at your very best. And here's from Australia wishing everyone a great, fulfilling, and no doubt frustratingly ardous year ahead. Keep your spirits up and own as one 08S6E. And don't forget family and friends this coming CNY.

Thanks for coming down for the chalet. I had alot of fun! Haha. Mahjong rocks. Too bad Enhao and Mrs Koh cant join us. Hope you guys will have a good rest these few days before the school reopens.

Mrs Koh is still our Math teacher next year, she reminds everyone to complete our holiday assignments.

Anyway, if you are as curious as I am, you can go onto ISP to check out our subject tutors next year.

The new timetable can be found on EMB. I and kind of okay with it. Just that we only have 30 min break for some days, but I rather be dismissed earlier. Aiya, think will always be sian diao by the fact that they have to squeeze everything in, both physics and geog. lol.

anw. a few ppl told me they most prob may fall asleep. so i want to say u may want to bring sleeping bag too.

and the bedrooms i suggest the guys take the room with 1 big bed, considering the number of guys la. and the girls will have the other room by urselves. i dont want to get into any trouble with everyone sleeping together. unless the girls dont mind. then i shall heck abt the rooms. cause other chalets also dont care one. anw. not enough space will have to sleep in living room.

alrights. i am here to zi-high after jiayun lover (i wanted to say my lover, but i realise it sounds wrong) posted a whole lot abt me.

CHALET SOON! OMG. lol.

ok. jon says he should be only checking in at 2pm on 7 jan. so i guess everyone can just meet at 2-2.30 pm like tt. just come, call me, siyuan or jonquek. if u r lost in pasir ris, call yuwei. although i think he may be too lazy to help u. anw, best is come at 2pm at the counter. so most ppl will be there also.

what to bring? er... seriously need me to go thru the packing list arh?
change of clothes. shirts, pants, undies.
toiletries, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, facial wash.
towel.
footwear. shoes/slippers
if u r wearing slippers bring a pair of socks. i forgot it there's bowling over there.
shoes also must bring la. 2 days a pair of socks is quite gross.
hairspray if u are vain.
girls bring anything else u need...
guys may be u need too.

oh ya. those need soft toys or bolsters bring lor. but i doubt most of us sleeping. but we have beds for those who want to sleep. cause junkang wants to sleep, if he's staying over. i am sure we will TRY to keep our noises down to let him sleep well.

anw. i have come up with a few night activities. very hard to let everyone play together.
mahjong (we currently confirm have 2 sets. from zhiyang and sijie) but may have problem if neighbours complain.

(so retarded. happy guessing who this retard is) and i am finding more ppl with nice dvds. zhiyang has la bi xiao xing. (but i need demand before he wants to bring. so pls tell him if u dont mind watching/want to watch) yuwei is bring tom and jerry. it lasts more than 15 hours anw. ard 144 episodes.

ok. what kind of dvds we looking for... horror and violence preferred (from previous chalets experience) looking out for shows like ju-on, battle royale 2 and so on. lol. outdated shows also can. we dont mind animations, cartoons too. i mean it's never too late to watch those and jiayun is nv too old for those too. i guess tt's why ppl will buy me a whole set of cartoon last year.

Hello.... I am here to tell u guys a few plans.

I was planning to watch Ip Man. Desperately, i found wangyi who dont mind watching with me. After that shaofei.

but after tt problems came.

so the tentative dates are 5th, 6th, 9th or 8th after chalet.

5th is a good date. so far no problems yet. but wangyi prefers 9th and william cant come.

6th is good as william may be able to come before his thing at night. but i scare shaofei has trg in the morning and we could only watch a later show. and wangyi wont be joining us too. cause he has plans, unless i am the only one watching.

9th it's ok too... so far no one said anything yet. but i scare it's too near to shaofei's competition.

8th after chalet. i guess it's ok too. provided we wont fall asleep halfway thru the show or even absorb what's the show abt. and ppl like yuwei who watched/or ppl who dont feel like watching will just go home. damn sad. lol.

midnight show during chalet. ningxin says it's cool. but yuwei will stay in the chalet to help take care of it, but i doubt he will. and i feel like playing mahjong! lol. so it must be a show tt everyone has not watched before and dont mind watching. (oh ya. yuwei said he dont mind watching if we blanjah, but i know we wont) and the chalet is quite big. i think it's also good to be in there. (:

so anw. if we are so despo for midnight movie, i would say bedtime stories. but hor.... the title sounds crap. even though my sis says ppl said it's not bad. so we can watch tt one too.

It's the 200th post of our blog!!!!! hahaha. what a remarkable achievement. i guess i did more than half of it cause i had nth better to do. lol. alot more than my own blog. hehe.

actually i am emo-ing now. usual me... lol. but since zhiyang specially removed a draft 198th post to let me have this post, i decided that i should not waste his effort.

haha. also dont know why i suddenly emo la. lol. somebody says that im noisy when i wasn't involved in what they were doing, and that i am so thickskin that that comment wont hurt me. lol. ok la. im so used to the first comment that maybe she's right that im thickskin. (and u know it, i will still be noisy) but nvm la. u know i will be noisy again tmr. HAHAHA.

i am happy that people are looking forward to tmr. maybe only one or two ppl who told me la. but it made my day and made me felt so happy.

i am just very 矛盾 or smth. pardon my lack of vocabulary. someone said something like:

trekking expedition. some ppl says it's good, some say it's retarded. some neutral. one say: i will not go. LOL. u know who u r. haha. he always gives me the best ans.

bbq xmas party. the first time jonquek told me everyone has to pay 15 bucks i was shocked. i regretted organising it because i know that it's not easy for many of us to spend our parent's money, including me. somemore it is so close to the chalet which doesnt come cheap too. i quickly wanted to reduce this burden. so the newspaper idea came up. (u know one piece of wrapping paper can go near to 1 dollar, unless u buy at rochor center la.) he told me, we still had to buy wire mesh, magarine brush, magarine, spoons, forks, plates, tongs, serviettes, bottled drinks, ice and cups. which add up with 9 bucks to become 15 bucks. and the extras to class fund. which i find it unfair for those who didnt go to pay and those who went to pay. sort of. so i kind of object to it. i am very thankful that jonquek was very understanding from all the frustration of always ordering bbq stuffs for us.

i just felt that things i do may seem retarded to some people la. for example, saying ppl for just settling for chocolate for xmas exchange. then the next day suggesting people to wrap the presents up in newspaper. contridicting myself. of trying to be sincere. i just hoped that the party will be a fun one. and not: chocolate exchange/potluck. maybe im just over protective of my idea of present exchange and was just plainly being pissed with tt person who finds it retarded and that it will be still be called a potluck when everyone buys chocolate. anw, im not very considerate either, i forgot valerie is allergy to chocolate. but lucky, now we know.

i am really sorry for making those who actually try to come for the xmas party pay. ( i am not saying others dont try, can see others really cannot come. and i am very happy that our class is damn zai, those who can come really come lor) for example kelly, i feel so guilty that i cracked a joke that their whole pw grp came up with excuses to not come. and now tt she's coming. yup. i really hope this will be a good one so that her sacrifice will be worth it. (:

i know i cant please everyone. i just felt like from bbq xmas party, presents exchange, newspaper wrapping to environmental friendly/saving cost. everything recieved negative comments. i am not saying tt u guys shld try to prevent saying these things, i want to know who u really feel/think. lol.

after recieving the sms of 15 bucks, i immediately recieved a comment: "siao la, i wont pay." and inside myself i went: "huh, so much...". then, i just got another comment: "frisbee 5 only". jonquek is also trying to help me reduce the less popular food/more mafan food so that we dont have to pay so much yet we wont go home hungry. hopefully we can lower to 8 bucks i guess. with enhao and kelly confirm joining us.

then we only need to pay 10 bucks even if we need to buy stuffs. but i am very happy that there's someone who went to help find the disposable stuffs. i found alot myself. lucky i have quite alot too. therefore we only need to buy plates! for the utensils part. anw, i am sure not many of u went to look for them. hahaha.

i am not complaining la. i just want to share my emotions, because i want to enjoy myself tmr. if u guys are not impt, i wont even care. i wont care what u guys think of me, i wont care what happen to us, i wont care about what i say. i will just dao.

not like i can complain too. i can imagine myself not cooperating sometimes. anw, i have prepared at least 3 things for us to do at night. yay!

i am happy that ppl are organising things themselves. i dont care if it's just within ur cliques, but i am glad everyone has friends in this class. from badminton to tennis.

i will continue to strive on and help make this class an even better one even though we are the best already. u have my promise. thanks everyone, i am happy i am in this class.

i want to thank zhiyang. because "someone" who did alot of nice things i mention many times previously is him. as much as i cant stand him sometimes, i am very happy that i have a friend who cares. cares to help make an effort to help make this successful, from looking for utensils, helping me to sms to inform everyone, contributing ideas to just simply looking foward to it and being enthusiastic. cares about how i feel. cares about whether i want to study with him tmr. cares about i need help to buy stuffs tmr. cares about me being emo tonight. cares about buying a present for me. (well, at least i know i am worth having a present. LOL) although i am not going to study with him, although he is not very good in cheering u up(LOL), i am very grateful. somemore i find him annoying with: WHY........ (HAHAHA), the good badminton rackets he has and him being my ENEMY in a certain way. HAHA.

Hey guys

Tmr will be the much anticipated xmas party, the official bbq will start at about 5pm but you guys are welcomed to come whenever you like.

How to arrive safely

Alight at Kovan station. To get to Kovan, take North East line from Dobby goat. Go for exit A, which is the opposite of heartland mall which is exit C. So if you somehow end up in heartland mall that means you really suck. When you travel up the escalator you will see a gate with a guard, go talk to the guard if you want. If you are a girl I think the guard will be extremely happy to entertain you. Tell the guard you are here for bbq and he will show you a list with everyone's name. Find your name and sign in. But the best option is to inform me when you reach and I will come and pick you up.

Activities

Bring some extra clothing for basketball and tennis, there are shower rooms for you to wash up afterwards. Early birds may have the opportunity to play PS2 at my house, but I don't recommand it since exercise is good for health, we should all exercise for the sake of our country.
Lastly valerie would like to take the opportunity to show the class how she dunks like Michael Jordan without a chair.

Other stuff

I have gotten quite a lot of snacks for you guys but if you have better ones you like to share bring them.

The function room is fully booked long time ago and my house is too small to stuff everyone inside, that include the newcomer kelly whom i think is going to be much taller. If it rains, we will have no choice but to cancel the bbq and have a class dinner somewhere convenient instead.

I have some plastic utensils at home for your convenience. If you are environmental friendly there are public toilets somewhere near basketball court to wash used utensils.

okay. i am trying to save money. because i dont want us to spend so much with the party and chalet. and i can imagine STJ and so on next year...

the bbq food is quite ex. so jon quek is helping to reduce/takeaway food tt is not so popular. if there is not enough, we will order pizza. I do not want to waste food. and in case it rains, i dont want siyuan to keep the food to cook for his family. (touchwood, i hope the weather will be good)

also, i am trying to save $ on utensils. i thought of asking everyone to do smth retarded. to bring ur own utensils and plates and cups. but it's not feasible. siyuan must be agreeable for us to wash at his home too. therefore, i am still waiting for replies for extra of them.

zhiyang and i can contributing some. i am bringing a marker for us to mark them. but i am very desperate for someone to find leftovers disposable plates from ur last party or sort of. but i will welcome all kinds of other contributions. chopsticks is good too (: dont be worry if it's just one/two. you can use them! dont waste it.

i will update u guys on how much to pay for the party again. but i am trying very hard in reducing the cost. (:

we came to a conclusion that our class is very poor and there isn't any big house for us to stayover to countdown for xmas and not squeeze with other ppl in town so on...

then for new year... i will organise smth if i am not having any stayover... at least we can watch fireworks. but we have to squeeze no choice. yup. i will try to come up with smth better. and all these are up to the response.

ok. i have done some editing... and i am leaving marks for you to continue niaoing.

i was still sick this morning, but im feeling better now. came online. and i was asked to post this kind of post again and i guess it would be enteraining?

i was planning that this post is just going to feature an object, but i just recieved more pictures. so i might as well just feature the next star of the day.

frankly speaking, i feel quite bad posting this, as this guy is super nice to help me with all my notes and tutorials today ):

but seriously, we dont know much abt him, it's just to let everyone know more abt him (:

firstly, i must introduce him.

His fav colour is blue. as you can see, he can wear totally blue for a day.

No matter how bad life gets, he still strongly believes that the world is beautiful and love is everywhere.

He lives by the motto of his favourite anime character, naturo: Never give up!
He also goes all out for his friends and people around him.

As you can see, he's a very inspiring figure in our class and motivate us to do even better everyday, helping us in every way he can.

Yup, he's our Mr Nice Guy: Lim Zhi Yang! He's also our responsible physics rep.

he is very sporty. far more sporty than anyone of us in class. the sports he plays range from table tennis, frisbee, soccer, basketball, pool, bowling, ice skating, even chess (if you consider it as a sport) and much more.

you will find him easy to understand and befriend with if you try hard enough as he greets everyone he sees, even if you are someone whom he has no interest in.

his emotion is always on his face. you dont have to guess his mood on that day. you can just see it. this further proofs how easy you can become friends with him.

everyone would say he's very entertaining too. as you can see from the picture, he can just make kelly, who is as cute as him, laugh by just bbq-ing satay.

talking about his cuteness, he was already so cute since he was a baby and this was taken when he was sec 2.

however, he's always unhappy about his baby fats and always hope to lose them...
he's also hoping to grow taller.

and he did grow taller during the past few years. yet as his understanding self, he will always put himself in the shoes of others and accomodate others. for example, in the picture... he bent down.

and this is his dream figure...

oh... talking about sijie, reminds me of why zhiyang would be chosen as the star of the day in the first place.

as most of us know, his relationships had been what we are always trying to find out. it's always quite secretive. however, no matter how secretive he is, there are always loopholes that we find...

since then, everyone had been guessing who is his new partner and discussing his orientation.

as you can see. the relationships in our class is very complicated. siyuan and junkang were actually suspected to be together. sijie has his 1-1 function too. and even shaofei too.

i must admit that it's quite sad for zhiyang that he is labelled the third party for all of them. he is innocent!!!

[ok someone else took this part away.... it consists of 3 pictures... which is the bulk of the story. which made me quite sian diao. ok i am mean, i know.]

it was a tough decision for the bad company during the physics make up lecture on spa. he had to answer for all his misdeeds, trying to act healthy and attract people. it was a choice between the front and the left. it was an awkward situation.

in the end, mr nice guy was so dissapointed that he emo-ed. and wangyi had to cheer him up.

what happened next was unexpected. wangyi couldnt resist zhiyang's cute-ness!

and they had fun... (WANGYI! you better be loyal to my sis.)
yet again, he's blamed for being the third party...

not only these.... he has brought about several discussions among our class recently... (warning: it's quite sick, even i cant stand it, continue at your own risk.)

it revolves around his new ~~toy~~... sorry, i mean bottle that he brought to sch the past few days. he bought it in toy 'R' us. (sorry, i dont know how to spell it correctly) it's a toy megastore basically.

it's no wonder why pri sch kids are so sick nowadays.

our classmate specially conducted a survey and received comments on the bottle being sold in toy shop.

Tommorrow is the early celebration of min-autumn festival in school.

This post is specially dedicated to the star of tommorrow. (ok fine, strictly speaking it's not a star to many, it's a moon and a satellite to be more specific.)

This person is none other than:

AH! This is the correct one. LEO BING YEOW!

He's always the center of the attraction of the class, just like a role model. Under the bright Sun (teachers), he's made even more attractive. (With reference to the picture above) Just by posing, he made wilfred jealous, make Jonathan appluad, Kudos from zhiyang, making jiayun emo, preventing people to play volleyball from the bad company and making everyone dao Mr Shyam.

In the dark, he reflects the light from Sun (teachers) and guides everyone, just like a lighthouse. He strongly holds our class values and principles, standing out like no one else, making him the best representation of our class. His good results in Promos will prove you that.

He tries very hard to reach greater heights even though he's already very high up in the sky.

Bright and shiny. That's the best I can descript the surface.

But don't judge a book by its cover. There are more within him. He comes with different flavours to suit everyone.

Does Hell Give off Heat?

The following is supposedly an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term. The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well.

Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following:

First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving.

As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.

Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, " it will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you", and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number 2 must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over.

The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct...leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

Determine the Height of a Skyscraper

The following concerns a question in a physics degree exam at the University of Copenhagen : "Describe how to determine the height of a skyscraper using a barometer."

One student replied: "You tie a long piece of string to the neck of the barometer, then lower the barometer from the roof of the skyscraper to the ground. The length of the string plus the length of the barometer will equal the height of the building."

This highly original answer so incensed the examiner that the student was failed. The student appealed on the grounds that his answer was indisputably correct, and the university appointed an independent arbiter to decide the case. The arbiter judged that the answer was indeed correct, but did not display any noticeable knowledge of physics.

To resolve the problem it was decided to call the student in and allow him six minutes in which to provide a verbal answer that showed at least a minimal familiarity the basic principles of physics.

For five minutes the student sat in silence, forehead creased in thought. The arbiter reminded him that time was running out, to which the student replied that he had several extremely relevant answers, but couldn't make up his mind which to use.

On being advised to hurry up the student replied as follows:

"Firstly, you could take the barometer up to the roof of the skyscraper,drop it over the edge, and measure the time it takes to reach the ground. The height of the building can then be worked out from the formula H = 0.5g x t squared. But bad luck for the barometer."

"Or if the sun is shining, you could measure the height of the barometer, then set it on end and measure the length of its shadow. Then you measure the length of the skyscraper's shadow, and thereafter it is a simple matter of proportional arithmetic to work out the height of the skyscraper."

"But if you wanted to be highly scientific about it, you could tie a short piece of string to the barometer and swing it like a pendulum, first at ground level and then on the roof of the skyscraper. The height is worked out by the difference in the gravitational restoring force T =2 pi sq root (l/g)."

"Or if the skyscraper has an outside emergency staircase, it would be easier to walk up it and mark off the height of the skyscraper in barometer lengths, then add them up."

"If you merely wanted to be boring and orthodox about it, of course you could use the barometer to measure the air pressure on the roof of the skyscraper and on the ground, and convert the difference in millibars into feet to give the height of the building."

"But since we are constantly being exhorted to exercise independence of mind and apply scientific methods, undoubtedly the best way would be to knock on the janitor's door and say to him, 'If you would like a nice new barometer, I will give you this one if you tell me the height of this skyscraper'."

The student was Niels Bohr, the only person from Denmark to win the Nobel Prize for Physics.

this is a response to the previous blog post and also to sort of refresh the blog. I guess it was just unfortunate. Everyone thought someone among us had called them( including me) and didn't call them ourselves. So basically it was a misunderstanding and communication break down. And it was partly the fault of the school administration - no one really knew what time to board the bus.=( So just don't be too affected about it?=) Though i feel quite sorry that they didn't manage to make it to RSAF too.

rights. everyone should know how close promos is now right? ok. better dont scare people.

the main objective of this post is....

i want to say, promos is approaching. i see alot of teachers trying their best to make the lesson a productive and an useful one. however, i just felt that the class seems not to appreciate all these la. i admit that im not a perfect model student. but i just hope that the situation can be improved.

i think alot of things can be controlled. i dont think we have to always talk and i think jokes can be cracked at correct times, but i dont think we can understand how anxious the teachers are actually. yup so i hope EVERYONE can put a little more effort into making lessons more meaningful.

since we have to go thru it. so why not make it a better one...

first, i want to say. this is not a time to finger point who's fault. or who's the most noisy. everyone has their merits and weaknesses. and i think tt's the whole point about human race, i feel we should help one another along.

second, i think with everyone putting a little effort into doing our parts as student. i think we can make these 5 weeks (if i am not wrong) before the promos a more useful one.

ok here are some things i hope could be improved (ok sorry for sounding so formal. heheh. cause im quite serious):

1) no matter how much you dont like the lesson, or how boring u find the lesson or how much u dont feel like going to the lesson, pls pls pls, try to bring a positive attitude into the class. i think we should try to bring something out of the classroom. i believe there shld be smth we can learn?

2) punctuality. ok i understand that lectures we could just follow the crowd. (though i think teachers would not be happy to read this) but but but, i think we could improve on that for tutorials? i cant imagine every teacher has to wait for us.

ok this is a big point. i know we may be tired, and sian diao. but pls look forward to the next lesson or the end of school. we can also cover more impt things if everyone is on time. try to come up with incentive for urself to attend lessons. thank you.

next, putting down bags and then going to the toilet. doesn't mean u are punctual. what's worse is making the whole class wait for you to find a toilet throughout the whole block that has no one, before you can use. (must everyone use the same toilet?)

i understand that some of us may have bladder problems. but as much as possible can we make it a point that 2 people at the toilet at a time? if not i wait for u, u wait for me, it's going to take super uber long.

you know it's a long day. u know it's going to be a long period. so pls. go to the toilet during the break. u know we are having next lesson straight after this. u know we dont have break in between. then find a apporpriate time to go toilet.

i hope we can improve on this aspect. thank you... i think yew wei and sijie are quite sick of waiting.

3) noise. i trying my best to help in this aspect. because i know alot people like me has problems of shutting up. lol. make alot of noise. i just feel that it's everyone's effort. i believe everyone would feel like pointing fingers. but seriously, i sat at the sides for some lessons. i realise the main sources of sound doesn't come from who u think are making the noise. basically almost everyone is doing it? i know im not innocent too. i think we know who are some people who always get caught not paying attention. then will just get stunted. ok. i shall not elaborate.

4) sit in front. (heh. i dont like to sit there too.) but i think it's time for us to start putting effort in our work (u know who im referrring to. heh. sorry. im pointing ppl myself) and also start sitting in front. i dont think the teachers like to raise their voice such that everyone can hear. somemore the back row plus the class is not very quiet. yup...

ok. SORRY! i just hope we can improve this together. because ur CT rep is not very zai. haha. yet im like complaining??? hahaha. ya. i think everyone's effort will make it better.

next, teachers' day is coming!!! and mr tan is leaving. val bringing cam tmr. so we could take picture with mr tan. yup. at least we could do smth for him by fri? then i think we need to start thinking of smth for the other teachers.

Well basically, you will find that this post is largely similar to the one on my blog. Sorry but since no one updated our class blog.....=)

WE have gone through the extremes : the teeth-chattering coldness of fuji ice palace, and the scorching weather at sentosa. 08s6e has definitely outdone ourselve this time! Hee.

WE set off from school to jec fuji ice palace, determined to reach there before 6j did. The distribution of gloves, collection of tickets and skates, we were on the ice! I am proud to say that members of 08s6e are fast learners. Many first timers, supposedly noobs, managed to grasp hold of the technique in no time and were able to skate around at top speed. ( Though i'm still confused if yuwei has ever learnt ice skating before :S ) Even for a few rare ones who still could not skate well could at the very least, MOVE!!! Although we have met some injuries along the way, our class had displayed class spirit through the unfortunate incident. A blessing in disguise maybe? It was a day of porn actions(mainly wangyi and shaofei), catching, sabotaging, holding of hands, paparazzi action, protective boss, sweet moments and blooming of a life-long friendship=)

Here's the price consideration.

1st is the paintball suggestion.

I think we should at least got for the package B cuz package B lasts around an hour so package A gonna last like 40mins only?!? Which makes it $15.90 per pax after we get the $10 subsidy from school.

2nd is the iceskating suggestion.

It's 16.50 student's price for 2 hours including rental fee of the skates. Jiayun mentioned that he is able to get gloves for the class at a cheap price so let's hope its like...$1 ea pair. Which makes it estimated $7.50 per pax (after subsidy)

Last is beach volleyball.
